Smoothie Thyme

Happy Monday!! I know I know it’s Monday but for a lot of us it’s one Monday closer to BACK TO SCHOOL or as I like to call it “Tera’s Vacation” ;). One thing I think we all forget about when making those endless Back To School list’s is FOOD. We remember pens, crayons, rulers, notebooks, tissues, glue, jeans, new socks, t shirts, jackets and the ever popular new underwear but what about food planning?! Prepping your kid’s food is just as important as prepping yours and healthy breakfast and power packed lunch will help them focus making school more enjoyable!

So to chat about Back To School food prep ideas I have my amazing friend Jennifer Leal from Savoring The Thyme sharing some protein and fiber filled breakfasts that both you and your kids will love!
