Fruity Friday

Just wanted to pop in quickly and share with you the 2 smoothies that have been keeping me going this week! I love to eat breakfast but can’t do it first thing in the morning or before I work out/run so I usually end up whipping up a smoothie. I also find that cutting the recipe in half makes for a great mid afternoon snack!



-2 cups light vanilla soy milk

-1/2 cup spinach

-1 banana

-1 scoop Amazing Grass (I used Orange Dreamsicle)

-ice (I use 4 to 6 cubes)


-2 cups light vanilla soy milk

-1 banana

-3 strawberries

-1 scoop each of Amazing Grass Orange and Orac

-ice (4 to 6 cubes)
