So that was the afternoon!
Then we decided to go play at the park a bit and walk around the track.
Really fun and relaxing day. I love that the hubby is on vacation so we can have another fun day tomorrow!!!
Food for day was really random because we were on the go. I thought because I would be “limiting” my food intake that I would be starving and wanting to eat all the time…..not the case friends!
Here’s the day…..and please eat better than this!
Breakfast pre-Fit World: Quaker Oats Weight Control Oatmeal Cinnamon flavor-160 cals
Post Fit World Snack: Quaker Oats Weight Control Oatmeal Cinnamon flavor-160 cals
Lunch: English Muffin toasted with 1 slice Rice Cheese melted on top-160 cals
On the run snackies: 2 100 Calorie Snack packs here and there-200 cals
Dinner: HUGE Spinach Salad w/Gorgonzola cheese crumbles, apple slices, and olive oil-lemon juice vinaigrette-400 cals (yowza on the vinaigrette)
Desert: Skinny Cow 100 Calorie Truffle Bar-100 cals
Night Cap: Chai Tea Latte-40 cals
Total for the day: 1220
Not bad I’m staying in the range but I need to make better food choices during the day. How many of you find yourself not eating when you’re on the go? That’s where I find myself over eating later on!!! BAD!!!! Tomorrow I am packing a “cooler” to have in the car with larger snacks that are more filling and sustainable.
