It’s December 1 st and that means 31 days of NEW! It’s also the first day of our 4 Weeks of Fabulous Holiday Challenge. This Challenge won’t just about sheding a few pounds, it will be a journey of self discovery and finding that if you step out of your comfort zone and open up everything will fall into place….INCLUDING weight loss! Once you take the time to truly stop, sit down, and have a chat with yourself you realize that you don’t just need to lose a few pounds, you realize that you NEED to lose a few pounds. Stopping to think about the fact that getting healthy just might save your life puts an entirely new spin on things. If you’re married, involved or have a family losing weight will better those relationships. A healthy wife/mom/husband/father makes for a happy family. And if you’re single and looking getting healthy will give you the confidence that’s already inside of you to get out there and get what you want.
So how shall we conquer this Inside Out Makeover? By using each week to Challenge ourselves in new ways and keep accountable! So here’s your 1st assignment!!
(Week 1 will begin on Monday December 6th, but the 1st assignment begins on Wednesday Dec 1st.)
Wednesday Dec 1st: You will weigh in and write down the REAL number. You will then find your real life accountability partner and tell them that number, the REAL number. Saying it out loud makes it real. If you need an accountability partner I would be more than happy to be that for you, and please note your emails are for my eyes only. You will also need to begin your weekly journal entries. On this 1st day I want you to log your weight and how you felt when that number came up in front of you. Were you shocked? Happy? Disgusted? Mad? Sad? Whatever it is you need to write it down. Then below that entry I want you to write down 4 goals that are realistic. They can be anything!!! Drop 2 pounds the first week, meet new people, ask someone out on a date, spend more time with family, go hiking…ANYTHING.

So here’s the fun part of this Challenge….while I have already outlined a few basic assignments each week there will be a Pop Challenge! You can choose to participate in the Pop Challenge or stick with the basic outline provided. Are you ready for this week’s Pop Challenge?!!
Crunches: If you can do 25 crunches I want you to make it 50….if you can do 50 make it 75….100 do 125 and so on! This will be in ONE sittting, PUSH YOURSELF! You’ll never realize what you’re truly capapble of doing if you don’t push and step out of the box! You may use a balance/yoga ball to complete your crunches or lie flat on the floor.
You have until Monday to complete this Pop Challenge and once you conquer your first number you will add 25 on top of that for next week, and then 25 the next week and so on! You’ll be so surprised how great you feel each time that number increases!
