I’m no stranger to Kick Boxing as I have taught Cardio Kick Boxing and I have wrapped up, put on gloves, and punched my husband in the face ;-).
But Kick Boxing at Better Bodies is a whole new ball game. It’s non stop circuits everyone is wearing gloves and everyone gets a chance to do pad work with Owner and Head Trainer Cathy.
This 1 hour class is appropriate for ALL levels of fitness as Cathy modifies movements to each person. You may be in class with 10 other people but Cathy is sure to make YOU feel like you’re #1.
