Total Body Definition….

Good Afternoon!!!

I hope everyone is having a FANTASTIC Friday! For my working GGH’ers I know you’re probably souped for the 5 o’clock whistle!!!

This morning I took a peak at the class schedule at my gym, Fit World, and decided to see what Total Body Definition was all about with Lori S. Much to my surprise and happiness it ended up being Total Body A$$ Kicking with LEA! For those of you who follow daily Lea is the instructor from Monday’s Kick N Abs…..you know cardio hip hop dance class sexy back time! Anyway, I was so pumped and I knew today was gonna rock my socks off…..and ooooohhh did it. Lea has been reading up on GGH and noticed that I have issues with my flabby under arm, which BTW God gave to me as a gift for my 25th Birthday…..No Thank You Very Much! Anyway, she killed it with the arm work out today, I loved it and the rest of the class probably hates me now LOL ;). I feel amazing and I know I’m going to feel it tomorrow. Guys I can’t express how amazing this gym experience has been for me. From the classes to the equipment, staff, fellow gym goers…..it really is AWESOME. Now….onto the FOOD! That’s what you guys are really here for!!

Breakfast:

I switched up because I was up at 7:30am and the boys didn’t rouse until 8:30am. Nice quiet hour to myself ;).

I made scrambled eggs with fresh baby spinach, chopped onion, and Parmesan cheese. (Side note-cheese lovers- get on the Parmesan cheese train it’s so not bad for you and it tastes wonderful on EVERYTHING)

Goodie List and Method:

-3 medium eggs, your choice white or brown mine were white Organic

-1/2 white onion roughly chopped

-1 cup fresh baby spinach

-healthy sprinkling of parmesan cheese

-sea salt and black pepper to taste

-dash of plain light soy milk

Method:

Crack eggs into large bowl and whisk in plain light soy milk until eggs are fluffy and yolk is broken. Add in chopped onion, spinach, and some Parmesan cheese and mix together coating everything with egg mixture. Pour egg mixture into pre heated non stick skillet (I spray my skillet with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter) on medium heat. Allow eggs to firm up and just keep everything moving in the pan so nothing sticks and cheese doesn’t burn. Once eggs are cooked, plate them add salt and pepper…..and more cheese ;). So tasty!

For my drink I made “Chocolate Milk”! 2 cups Light Vanilla Soy Milk, handful of ice cubes, and one nice scoop of Chocolate Amazing Grass. Add to blender, pulse quickly, and voila Chocolate Milk!

It was so tasty and filling I couldn’t even eat half of this! Yay for left overs! But I drink all of my milk hehehee

Onto LUNCH! Yes lunch, I’m starved after the booty kicking from Ms.Lea!

Spinach salad, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and Annie’s Goddess Dressing with Iced Water and Lemon! (same as yesterday)

MMMMMM, I’m staring at it right now so I think we shall wrap this post up!

We are having yucky weather today in New England so i have to try and figure out something to do with the boys!

I will come up with something I’m sure.
