Happy Monday!! I know I know it’s Monday but for a lot of us it’s one Monday closer to BACK TO SCHOOL or as I like to call it “Tera’s Vacation” . One thing I think we all forget about when making those endless Back To School list’s is FOOD. We remember pens, crayons, rulers, notebooks, tissues, glue, jeans, new socks, t shirts, jackets and the ever popular new underwear but what about food planning?! Prepping your kid’s food is just as important as prepping yours and healthy breakfast and power packed lunch will help them focus making school more enjoyable!
So to chat about Back To School food prep ideas I have my amazing friend Jennifer Leal from Savoring The Thyme sharing some protein and fiber filled breakfasts that both you and your kids will love! By the way, you guys are going to ADORE Jennifer! She is a super talented food blogger, amazing photographer, and she is a fellow Fitfluential Ambassador, Tri State Fitness group member, in addition to being the Queen of our Rhode Island Digital Media group! All of Jennifer’s contact/Follow is below so be sure to show her some lovin!
Ok enough of my chatter….take it away Jenn!!!
