I don’t about you but I LOVE me some carbs….especially PASTA! I love a good cheesey pasta dish with more noodles and cheese than sauce, all sticky, and warm…mmmmmmm

Anyway, I can’t eat pasta because it literally makes me gain 1 million pounds and bloats me like you wouldn’t believe. I look pregnant after I leave the Olive Garden let’s just put it that way. So how can I get my pasta fill with out getting filled? (huh huh you like that play on words?)

    Shrimp & broccoli served over skinny noodles drenched in a Gluten free Thai garlic Peanut Sauce . I love cooking with skinny noodles.

    we are following the ketogenic diet and there is a recipe that calls for these yet they are impossible to find where we live (Italy). I have been really wanting to try them!
