{Review} 1st Step Pro Wellness

I know all of my hard working mom’s (and dad’s) out there can relate when I say coffee just doesn’t cut it some days. There are days when I feel like even I drank an entire pot of coffee followed by a Monster with a side of Rock Star I would still be exhausted.

The wellness team over at 1st Step Pro Wellness recognize that this is a problem for so many of us, whether we are parents or not, and they have designed a SAFE, ALL NATURAL, NO CRASH line of products to aide with mid to all day exhaustion.

The wellness team sent me a 6 day supply of Liquid Vitamin B12 Complex to see if I could shake that 3pm crash…..and I have to say it worked!

Here’s the medical lingo…..

Liquid Vitamin B12 Complex, once per day, for natural energy without stimulants or caffeine and their unpleasant side effects.*

Additionally, Vitamin B-12 has the following benefits:

• Helps convert food into energy*

• Essential for red blood cell formation*

Folic Acid with B12 Benefits Brain Function

A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition states that long-term supplementation of folic acid and vitamin B12 may promote improvements in brain functioning in older people.

The research is the latest study to find a potential link between supplementation of the vitamins and potential benefits to brain functions – with the researchers reporting that a daily oral dose of folic acid and vitamin B12 “promotes improvement in cognitive functioning after 24 months, particularly in immediate and delayed memory performance.”

Long-term deficiencies in vitamins such as B12, folate, and niacin, are known to lead to more rapid brain degeneration, leading to the suspicion that such vitamins play a role in the development of dementia.

B-Complex

If you’ve been eating your running buddy’s dust, you may not be getting enough B vitamins, says the International Journal of Sports Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism. Oregon State University scientists found that athletes deficient in key B vitamins — B6, B12, folate, riboflavin and thiamine — felt more pain sooner, were unable to work out as hard or as long, and took longer to repair tissue and build muscle. When you lack Bs, your lactic acid levels rise faster, explains review co-author Melinda Manore, Ph.D.

In Tera lingo…..

– I had great energy every afternoon with no jitters or crash

– When I started the 6 day challenge I was coming down with a cold and by the end of Day 2 I felt incredible

– My brain fog was almost non-existent

-It tasted good

-No after taste

I highly recommend checking out 1st Step Pro Wellness, they have an entire line of stimulant free products designed to assist you with whatever challenges life is tossing your way!!

Healthy Wishes, T
