Pledge 20

Happy Monday!

I am sooooo excited about Pledge 20! I haven’t been this pumped about something in a very long time. This is going to be incredible, I can just feel it. So many of you have already emailed, commented, or Tweeted your Pledges for 20 pounds and some of you have even Pledged MORE! It’s awesome to feel the electricity knowing that we are going to be leading a Healthy Movement. I’m so ready to battle this bulge and lead you all to VICTORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a fresh start friends and invite each of you to join me. You can Pledge 20, you can Pledge 10, just Pledge whatever will work for you. It’s time to start taking care of ourselves in 2010! I personally feel that if I’m happy with me and I’m healthy I can be the wife and mom I need to be. I can be the friend, daughter, sister I can be EVERYTHING I want to be! I will no longer be satisfied with just the 100 pounds I have already lost, I set a final goal and I will reach it- and I’m taking all fo you with me!!! Hang on it’s gonna be a wild ride!

Since I will be your fearless leader in this crazy journey, I have already started gearing up! Today was my day off from Fit world but I did attened a Kick A$$ Kick N Shred class w/Lea on Sunday and I ate so pristinely today it’s disgusting, LOL. Here’s what I munched on today!

Breakfast: Egg white scramble with green onions, bacon bits, and shredded cheese!

Lunch: Roamine lettuce with grapes, almonds, Parmesan cheese sprinkles, and Balsamic vin.

Snack: Strawberry Cream cheese roll up! Wheat tortilla, fat free cream cheese, and 4 huge strawberries sliced up

Dinner: Spring mix salad with grilled chicken, “croutons”, Parmesan cheese sprinkles, 2 tablespoons Nasoya Dijon “mayo”

“croutons”- 1 slice of Weight Watchers wheat bread toasted and cut into cubes!

Dessert: Smart One’s (by Weight Watchers) Peanut Butter Cup Sundae!!!!

YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY I’m not hungry at all either. I have been drinking and drinking and drinking water….CONSTANTLY!!!!!! I’m feeling light and ready to do this! I plan on going to bed fairly early, and if all goes as planned get a good night’s rest. I will be starting my 3 days of Fit World tomorrow! I will be attending Zumba tomorrow AM, Burn and Firm Wednesday AM and Spin on Thursday AM! Come join me!!!! Not a member?   1. Love your enthusiasm! I had a 4 mile run today and a PT session scheduled for tomorrow morning. Have fun at Zumba (it’s one of my faves).
