For those of you GGH’ers who know me personally, you know I am a neat freak of sorts! I like everything a certain way, and I’m a firm believer in the old saying ” there’s a place for everything, and everything in it’s place”! Whoever came up with that knew I would be gracing the planet LOL. All day today I have been cleaning and organizing and I shall be doing so well into the night. The hubby, Zac and I hit up Target for cleaning supplies, trash bags, and storgae bins….my favorite things! The hub is working in Middletown tonight so he wont be home until late so once Zachary goes down I will be able to really tackle these projects. So excited!
Let me flashback to this morning though! Don’t want to forget to fill you in on Yoga with Gary. I have to admit I was really sluggish getting out of bed this morning. For the past 5 days I have felt like a blimp! Very bloated and heavy…I hate that! Not sure why…could be because this next week is the worst part of the month! UGGGGGHHHHH….
Anyhow, I did manage to make it to Fit World for Yoga and I was on time! It was as if Gary read my mind for today’s class. We did lot’s of Abdominal work and tons of cleansing breathing. I needed both. With everything going on in our family I have just been running on project after project. I consider myself the strong one in the family, the leaning post, the one who is always there. That may sound conceited and it may not be true, but I hadn’t fully embraced this next chapter we are beginning until this morning on the Yoga mat. As Gary told us to breathe into our emotions I started crying. Thank goodness we were in down ward dog and no one could see. That small release was over due I guess because I felt better afterward. I sometimes think my family thinks I’m cold because I don’t walk around crying and mourning, but if I start I wont stop. So I just clean and organize and cook and go go go go so that my mind doesn’t focus on it. I am extremely emotional and if I let that bridge break now I wont be of any help to my mom in law or any good to my son or hubby…..does that make sense? Anyway….I’m rambling, sorry!

For breakfast this morning I munched on a Myoplex Bar in route to Yoga. Told you I was sluggish ;).
They really are tasty and perfect for on-the-go!
For lunch I nibbled a Fresh Spinach Salad w/ Pita and Goddess Dressing by Annie’s! I love this lunch and have it quite often.
And for a mid afternoon snack I sipped on Kombucha Multi Green and noshed a slice of Rice Cheese!
Yummy day of eating!
I’m not sure what I will have for dinner since it’s just me, but I’ll let you know.
