    Oh my!! I SOOOOO need to get back in the gym! I’ve gained about 10 pounds since I started my full time job! It’s AWFUL!!!

    So I don’t have a treadmill at home (but have thought about getting one – anyone have one collecting laundry they want to sell me!?) But I’ll pay attention to tomorrow’s Abs workout – THAT I can do at home!

    Thanks for sharing! I am not a fan of the treadmill and prefer running out doors, but due to this harsh winter we’ve had I have had to get on the treadmill more than usual. I need these tips! Thanks! 🙂
