I wanted to do a quick post because I received some AMAZING goodies in the mail today! But, I will get to that in a minute!
First let me start with breakfast, which by the way I was so happy to make, Pom Mango Amazing Meal Shake!
-1 1/2 c Light Vanilla Soy Milk
-1 package frozen strawberries
-2 c fresh baby spinach
-1 scoop Pom Mango Amazing Meal
Combine everything in blender, blend until creamy-enjoy!
I took the morning off from the gym this morning to get some work done for the FAB-U Elaine Biss! I’m really loving creating and writing for her. (Side Note- I am Elaine’s PR girl) It was an awesome work out for my mind! Plus I have been going going going and for once I listened to my body and took it easy. Besides, I’ll be even more souped for Zumba tomorrow morning!
After I finished my writing project it was lunch time! I whipped a huge mixed green salad and topped it with some left over Stuffed Chicken rolls!
-2 cups mixed greens (salad mix)
-1/4 c shredded asiago cheese
-drizzle of Pomegranate vinaigrette
-3 chicken rollups diced
Combine everything and enjoy!
As if the salad wasn’ tasty enough, I had a Chobani Pomegranate yogurt topped with a Sprinkle of Bear Naked Banana Nut granola for dessert!
