Food Network, A.K.A Food Porn

Good Afternoon!

I really have to stop watching Food Network! Especially when I’m hungry and trying to get lunch/dinner ideas. I LOVE Paula Deen I want to be friends with her LOL. Ryan says that’s what I’m going to look like when I’m older, I LOVE it.

Anyway, for breakfast this morning I enjoyed a Strawberry Blueberry Chocolate Shake! Training, on the bike 30 minutes which is just shy of 20 miles.

Goodie List:

-1 package frozen Strawberries

-1 package frozen Blueberries

-1 nice sized scoop Chocolate Amazing Grass

– 2 heaping cups of Fresh Baby Spinach

– 2 cups Light Vanilla Soy Milk

Combine all goodies in blender, blend, pour, devour!

This shake was so thick and ice cold….I drank it down in no time! I love that so many of you have become Grass Heads! Please write in with any new recipes that you may have come up with, I love new breakfast ideas.

The SUN! Sorry I just looked out the window and the sun is shining! Yea! Now I will have to figure out what we can do for an outdoor activity. Any ideas?

I’m feeling like a salad for lunch I think! I’m thinking a Baby Spinach salad, Fat Free Garlic croutons, sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and some Goddess Dressing by Annies! MMMMM I need to get in the kitchen.

Hope everyone is having a great Thursday! Send in your questions for Dear Tera, TONIGHT! Also, we need MORE RECIPES for the GGH GBM Cancer Research Cook Book!!!
