So sorry I have been away, this little thing called LIFE keeps popping up .
But I have been LOVING all of you checking in with me via Facebook and Twitter. You all have been rocking our GGHDetox13 and I couldn’t be more excited for you. Some of you have lost actual pounds and have seen the scale move and others have reported inches gone and an overall BETTER feeling about themselves, which ever it is I’m soooooooo thrilled! Here’s a little glimpse of how I have been doing on our Detox so far….
I have to say that I really thought I was going to miss a glass of wine at night or a beer on Sunday’s (and OK I have thought about it) but now that we are 13 days in it’s not so bad! I don’t miss bread either……yes you read that correctly I don’t miss bread! I do miss Chobani though and I’m thinking of bringing that back as breakfast on my gym days. But I have lost 6 pounds total and I feel good and my “bloated” feeling decreases daily, so I’ll take it.
