Clean Chili

This one of our favorite GO TO meals for weekends in the Winter. It’s so filling and hearty and GOOD FOR YOU!! (Sorry there aren’t pictures but chili is just not pretty in photos LOL)

Girl Gone Healthy Clean Chili:

2 lbs ground turkey

1 green pepper (chopped)

1 red pepper (chopped)

2 onions (chopped)

1 container of sliced mushrooms

1 28 oz can of crushed tomato

1 small can of tomato paste

1 tablespoon EACH: cayenne pepper, paprika, chili powder

2 tablespoons minced garlic

Method:

Cook turkey until done. Combine everything in crock pot, stir until mixed. Set crock pot to high let simmer for 1 and 1/2 hours. Serve warm!!
