5K Sign Up

It’s getting warmer outside….well if 45 degrees is warm then it’s getting warmer outside ;). Anyway….Spring/Summer are just around the corner and what better way to stay motivated and on track then to sign up for a 5k?!!

I ran my first, and only, 5K this past November and I LOVED it.

I wasn’t even running like I am now when I did it and I finished it RUNNING at 36:42….not to shabby considering the day before was Thanksgiving and I ate like no other.

So I thought I’d search around for another one that was a good ways a way in hopes that some of my local GGH readers would sign up and run with me! My sister in law suggested the Gaspee Day 5K as it takes place right before the Gaspee Days Parade and the last mile is on the parade route and filled with spectators cheering you on! Details are below.

Berries, pomegranates, oranges, peaches in protein smoothies? Never happens. And that’s not the only surprise. Each unique flavor combo is lactose-free and packed with 32 grams of protein and tastes amazing. Or, as we like to say, it’s total tastiness for exercising tongue muscles.

 Healthy Wishes, T
